No. I'm a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a neurosomatic therapy rather than psychotherapy. I have additional certifications in Somatic Movement Therapy, Brainspotting, and Integrative Hypnosis. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I work with the body and nervous system to support regulation, release, and a greater sense of safety. The work I do can be a meaningful complement to psychotherapy, and many of my clients see a psychotherapist alongside our sessions.

I offer sessions both online and in person. Zoom sessions work beautifully for this kind of work and let us connect wherever you are. I'm bicoastal, traveling regularly between Los Angeles and New York City, so in-person sessions are available in both locations. I'm also happy to come to you for an additional fee. Reach out to find out when I'll be in your area.

I offer sliding scale rates for a limited number of slots. Please contact me if you’d like to join the waiting list. My Small Group Classes are also a more affordable way to experience my work, with the same depth and care in a supportive group setting.

Voice training, movement work, and somatic therapy are often taught separately. The Resonance Method™ brings them together in one session, so your nervous system, body, and voice work as a whole rather than in pieces. It begins with regulation, because a voice can only open fully when the body feels safe enough to let it.
